This smoothie is the perfect way to recover after a workout. Our CherryActive concentrate can speed up muscle recovery and reduce muscle soreness, while the raw cacao gives you an additional top up of antioxidants. Thanks go to our our Instagram follower Charlotte Bovey for the recipe.
Serves: Makes one smoothie
Ingredients
250-300ml Coconut water
30ml Active Edge CherryActive concentrate
1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 Handful of fresh raspberries
1 tsp Raw cacao powder
Method
- Place all of the ingredients into your blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass and garnish with fresh raspberries if you wish.
