BeetActive® Beetroot Salad Dressing

Mixing with water as a drink isn’t the only way to get your daily serving of BeetActive®. Why not try this for a salad dressing.

Ingredients

30ml BeetActive® (2 tbsp)

30ml Balsamic vinegar (2 tbsp)

30ml Extra virgin olive oil (2 tbsp)

Method

Slowly mix the balsamic vinegar into the BeetActive®. Once fully mixed add the extra virgin olive oil and drizzle over your salad.

Extra virgin olive oil can be swapped out for ‘Good Oil’ and the mixture can be used for dipping breads instead or as well as a dressing.
