This smoothie is packed full of antioxidant rich Blueberries so can give your immune system a big boost and help keep you in optimum health.

Serves: Makes one smoothie

Ingredients

1 Handful of blueberries
1 Apple, chopped
1 scoop Strawberry protein powder
30ml BlueberryActive
1 handful of prunes
1 dsp Low fat cottage cheese
150ml Water

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
