This great festive recipe was given to us by our brand ambassador Lindsey Benson and is featured on her blogĀ LeanBeanNutrition.

Ingredients:

300g Dried fruit (sultanas, currants, raisins, apricots)
1 Large apple, finely diced
30g CherryActive dried Montmorency cherries
Zest and juice of one orange
1tbsp Chia seeds
1tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2tsp Ground nutmeg
1/2tsp Ground ginger
1/4tsp Ground cloves

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker and set on a low heat for 1-2 hours.
  2. Turn off heat and allow to cool.
  3. Transfer to a sterilised airtight jar for storage.
