This amazing recipe comes courtesy of professional triathlete Vicky Gill. This amazing bircher muesli would make the perfect breakfast to fuel the day ahead.

Serves: Makes one bowl

Ingredients:

For the bircher: –
50g Gluten free oats
10g Chia seeds
100ml Milk
8 Mashed raspberries
30ml Active Edge CherryActive concentrate
50g Greek yoghurt
5g Vanilla extract

To decorate: –
Fresh raspberries
Pumpkin seeds
Pomegranate seeds

Method:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Leave for at least 10 minutes or overnight if meal prepping
  3. Top with fresh raspberries, pumpkin seeds
