These highly nutritious easy to make energy balls were sent in to us by Lucy Maj of PH Nutrition. They make a perfect pre-workout snack!

Serves: Each recipe makes roughly 8 balls


For the CherryActive® Balls: –

75g Dried CherryActive® cherries
75g Oat bran
10g Honey
30ml CherryActive® concentrate 
30g Ground almonds

For the BeetActive® Balls: –

5 Large dates
75g Oat bran
30ml BeetActive® concentrate
5g Cocoa powder
10g Ground almonds


  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Add a tablespoon of water if mixture is too dry.
  3. Shape mixture into balls
