Here’s another great recipe from SpamellaB, enabling you to indulge innocently an not ruin those new years resolutions.

Serves: Makes 6-8 squares


70g Rolled oats
40g Salted popcorn
70g Mixed seeds
40g Active Edge CherryActive dried tart cherries
40g Goji berries
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Chia seeds
3 tbsp Nut butter of choice
3 tbsp Coconut oil
6 tbsp Maple syrup or honey


  1. Mix together the oats, popcorn, seeds, blueberries, goji berries, cinnamon and chia seeds.
  2. Gently melt the nut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup/honey then pour into the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well then press into a 8x8in lined tin and press in evenly with your hands.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm then place on a chopping board and cut into pieces. Enjoy!
