Coconut & Tart Cherry Chia Porridge

This great porridge recipe would make the perfect warming breakfast while its cold outside. Thank you to our ambassador Lindsay Benson aka Lean Bean Nutrition for the recipe.

Serves: 1 Bowl of porridge and 1 serving of jam


For the Porridge: 
55g oats
250ml coconut drinking milk (*additional water if needed)
20g desiccated coconut
20g ground almonds

For the Cherry Chai Jam:

15ml cherry juice
1 cup Frozen cherries
1 tbsp Chia seeds


1. Pour the coconut milk into a sauce pan with the oats and bring to the boil, allow to simmer for 2 mins
2. Remove from the heat and add the ground almonds and desiccated coconut
3. Combine and pour into a bowl.
4. For the Cherry Chia jam. In a bowl add 15ml of cherry juice to 1 cup of frozen cherries and 1 tbsp of Chia seeds, fork mash and allow the Chia seeds to absorb the liquid
